well . . . in keeping with her habit of hurting only her face, ken kissed the pavement at the library yesterday and ended up with a lovely looking nose! :)
she ran ahead of us at the library when she was supposed to stay with us. i didn't say anything - i didn't have to! we got in the car and mck said to her "ken, are you allright? you were supposed to stay with us. you were supposed to stay with mommy!" (i was glad it was mck saying it and not me - ken did not want to hear it ! :)
i told her today when people asked her she should tell them she kissed the pavement. she said, "mom, i didn't kiss it, i flopped onto it!"
of course this happened just in time for school picture re-takes . . . her first ones weren't good. i asked her tonight what we should do about her nose for the pictures - "well, if i rub real hard i can try to erase it." :)

Poor baby!!
Oh dear! Some of the picture people at schools let you pay extra for some blemish removals! My 2 year old parents (a couple kids showed up with scratches) said it was a nice reminder/memento of what was going on at this age and didn't have it removed!
poor girl!!! i can't believe that!!! seriously, it's ALWAYS her face.
i'm laughing outload, tearing up. She's so cute! Poor thing!
you know I can relate to this! Thank goodness Micah's meeting with the concrete happened AFTER his school pictures. Those would have been some frightening pics!!
